Are you interested in counselling?

Counselling takes place in planned, regular sessions - usually weekly. These last for 50 minutes.

Making an appointment is easy! Simply complete the contact form and we can arrange a mutually suitable day and appointment time.

All enquiries are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential.

Are you wanting clinical supervision?

For clinical supervision, I offer monthly sessions, or more if your caseload requires it.

Initial assessment and consultation

I generally allow 30 minutes for either an online or a face-to-face consultation. This is free of charge and there is no obligation for you to make an appointment to see me on a regular basis. Please contact me if you would like to talk.

It is a very informal session. It is an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and whether you think I can support you with the issues you are facing. You‘ll be able to ask any questions you have about the counselling process, so you can decide whether you would like to work with me. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of it so that I can assess if I'm the right person to help you. I will also explain my client contract.

If, for whatever reason, I feel that my skills or experience don't match your needs, I'll endeavour to signpost useful contacts, a colleague or appropriate agency.

Counselling and Supervision fees

Initial Assessment (30 mins) – free of charge

Individuals counselling – £60 for 50 minutes

Clinical Supervision – £60 for 90 minutes

I offer a concessionary rate for student counsellors:

Personal therapy – £40 for 50 minutes

Supervision – £45 for 90 minutes

I am based near the seafront in Heene, West Worthing.

My consultation room is located at 37 Bath Road, Worthing, BN11 3PG.

There is free on street parking nearby, and I provide off street parking for one small car.

The number 8 bus stops just along the road and and numbers 700 and 11 stop just around the corner.
